Made using FANCL’s Germinated Brown Rice, high in fiber and rich
in GABA to help lower blood pressure.


Serving: for 2 persons

Ingredients:

  • 320g Germinated Brown Rice and white
    rice mixture (mix ratio of 1:2), cooked
  • 2 slices of ham
  • 1 green capsicum
  • 4 cherry tomatoes
  • ½ tbsp olive oil
  • 40g mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp starch
  • 1 egg, beaten
 

Directions:

  1. Dice capsicum and ham into 5mm pieces. Cut tomatoes into quarters.
  2. In a bowl, knead the rice mixture with salt, pepper, soy sauce, starch and egg.
    (Protect the hands with a plastic glove or bag.)
  3. Heat the olive oil on a frying pan. Turn off the heat and put the rice on in two round
    20-cm rice bases. Cook rice over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes.
  4. Flip the rice bases and add the cheese, capsicum, ham and tomatoes. Cover the pan
    and cook over low heat for 3 to 4 minutes.
