Directions:
1. Fry finely chopped onion in 1 tablespoon of virgin oil in large fry pan, over low flame, until translucent.
2. Add both white rice and Germinated Brown Rice.
3. Cut half of the capsicums into 2cm triangles, and cut the other half into 5mm squares.
4. Slice mushrooms
5. Add capsicums and mushroom to rice in step 2. Continue to fry.
6. Add white wine, clams, water, tomatoes and salt according to preference.
7. Mix all ingredients and bring mixture to boil. When boiled, garnish with sliced black olives and let it simmer for 20 mins over low flame.
8. Increase flame to char bottom slightly until deliciously crisp.
9. Mix in the remaining virgin olive oil and sprinkle with a generous squeeze of lemon.
