UPDATE
FANCL PRODUCT SAFETY ASSURANCE

 

In the wake of the recent events in Japan and customer concerns, FANCL would like to reassure customers that all FANCL products have been checked and certified as safe for use. These include our skincare products, cosmetics, supplement ranges, and food products.

 

  • Food Sanitation Law in Japan requires that any and all health food must be free of and prevented from coming into contact with any harmful substances in order to be produced and sold. Contaminated raw materials and/or ingredients are also prohibited. Accordingly, all of our ingredients, raw materials and products have been checked and certified as safe.

  • To safeguard public interest and health, cosmetics and quasi-drugs are strictly controlled by the Medicine Act of Japan. FANCL production standards and processes are stringent and thorough. FANCL guarantees our products do not contain harmful levels of radioactive substances and are safe for use.

  • Government and independent tests conclusively prove that the water used in our production facilities is safe.

Please rest assured that FANCL constantly ensures that safety tests are conducted on all our products.　In addition, to restore confidence and satisfaction of our valuable customers, we are conducting radioactive contamination analysis on all of our products.　With this additional precautionary step taken, we hope that you would continue to enjoy using FANCL products.

 

FANCL will continue to closely monitor the situation, and constantly work towards providing safe products for all customers.
