| 1. | How do I know I am qualified to be a Prestige Member? |
| Once you’ve spent over $1,200 with us within a year, our system would automatically recognize it and you will be able to enjoy exclusive perks as a FANCL Prestige Member from the first day of the following month onwards. This includes acquiring higher $-Points per purchase. We will update you on your progress and inform you when you are close to qualifying for the FANCL Prestige Membership. |

| 2. | What happens if I forgot to bring my Card with me? |
| If you forgot your Card, you will not be able to redeem your accumulated $-Points. The $-Points earned for the day can be updated during your next visit at any of our FANCL outlets. | |
| 3. | What should I do if I misplaced my Card? |
| Report your loss immediately to any FANCL outlet in Singapore or email to info@fancl.com.sg to avoid Card misuse. A new Card will be issued at a nominal fee of $1. All $-Points will be transferred to the new Card after which the old one is deemed invalid. Kindly show your ID when reporting loss. |

| 4. | What must I do if there is a change in my personal particulars? |
| To avoid missing out on valuable information or special privileges, please inform us if there’s any change in your telephone numbers, mailing and email addresses. Contact us by visiting any of our outlets, or email to info@fancl.com.sg. | |
| 5. | When will my $-Points expire? |
| $-Points earned are valid for 2 years from the last date of purchase. | |
| 6. | Are there any restrictions on the accumulation or redemption of $-Points? |
| You can enjoy the collection and redemption of $-Points during promotion and sale periods, unless otherwise stated. The Management of FANCL ASIA (PTE) LTD reserves the right to change the benefits of FANCL Freshness Program. |
| Issuance | |
| 1. | There is no minimum amount of purchase to qualify as a FANCL Freshness Program Member (herein “the Member”). Complete the registration form with any purchase of FANCL products, and present it to our Beauty Advisors at any FANCL outlet in Singapore. You will be required to show a copy of your NRIC or FIN card (or other types of ID card). The FANCL Freshness Program card (herein “the Card”) will be issued to you on the spot. |
| 2. | The membership is for life and is free of registration and membership charges. |
| 3. | Once you've spent over $1,200 within a year, the FANCL Freshness Program system would recognize you as a FANCL Prestige Member and you can enjoy the membership’s exclusive privileges from the first day of the following month. FANCL will inform you when you are close to qualifying for the FANCL Prestige Membership. |
| 4. | $-Points shall be calculated on the gross price of the product. |
| 5. | The $-Points may not be issued to the Member when the Member fails to present the Card upon purchase. |
| 6. | The issued $-Points shall be deducted when the transaction which activated the issuance of $-Points is cancelled by the Member (e.g. refund, exchange of purchased goods, etc.). |
| Redemption Of $-Points | |
| 7. | To redeem the $-Points, the member must present the valid Card upon purchase/transaction. |
| 8. | The minimum unit of $-Points which can be redeemed is $0.10-Points. Redemptions of less than $0.10-Points are not allowed. |
| 9. | $-Points earned are valid for redemption for 2 years from last date of purchase. |
| 10. | $-Points are non-transferable and can only be used by the cardholder. |
| 11. | Accumulated $-Points are not exchangeable for cash. |
| Lost And Stolen Cards, Replacement And Termination Of Membership | |
| 12. | The Member shall take all reasonable precautions to prevent loss, pilferage, theft, or unauthorized use of the Card. The Member should immediately report any lost or stolen cards to FANCL ASIA (PTE) LTD in writing, at any FANCL outlet in Singapore, or via e-mail at info@fancl.com.sg. |
| 13. | If the Card is lost, stolen or mutilated, a new Card will be issued at a nominal administration fee of $1. |
| 14. | Replacement of Cards may affect the $-Points. All points based on our latest record will be transferred to the new Card. After which, the old Card will be deemed invalid. |
| 15. | In the event of the Member wishing to terminate his/her membership, the Member may do so by notifying the Management of FANCL ASIA (PTE) LTD in writing, at any FANCL outlet, or via e-mail to info@fancl.com.sg. |
| General Conditions | |
| 16. | Membership is open to residents and non-residents of Singapore. |
| 17. | The Card can only be used at FANCL outlets in Singapore. |
| 18. | It is the Member’s responsibility to inform FANCL ASIA (PTE) LTD of any change in personal particulars including mailing address, e-mail address, contact no. etc. FANCL is not responsible for any disadvantages experienced by the Member due to failure to inform FANCL ASIA (PTE) LTD of any changes in personal particulars. |
| 19. | Falsifying records on the Membership Purchase Record will automatically lead to disqualification of membership and all past $-Points will be considered null and void. |
| 20. | The Card is the property of FANCL ASIA (PTE) LTD and shall be surrendered to FANCL ASIA (PTE) LTD upon request. |
| 21. | Each Member shall own no more than one Card. |
| 22. | The Management of FANCL ASIA (PTE) LTD reserves the right to make any changes to the benefits and the Card may be revoked at any time without notice. |
